AECOSYSTEM
Studio ยท Construction ERP

A construction ERP that fits your projects, not the other way round.

We build construction ERP software for contractors and builders: one system that connects BOQs, procurement, inventory, subcontractors, RA bills and accounts, designed around how your company already runs its projects.

AECOSYSTEM builds custom ERP software for construction companies and real estate developers.

Why construction needs its own ERP.

A general ERP knows invoices and stock. A construction company also needs BOQs, measurement books, running account bills, retention, subcontractor work orders and project-wise cost, across several sites at once. When those live in separate spreadsheets, nobody sees the true cost of a project until it is too late to act.

What we build.

  • 01

    BOQ to budget

The BOQ becomes the project budget, with cost tracked against every item.

  • 02

    Measurement and RA bills

Measurement books, running account bills and certification, for clients and subcontractors.

  • 03

    Procurement and inventory

Indents, quotations, purchase orders, goods received and stock at every site.

  • 04

    Subcontractors

Work orders, measurements, bills, retention and payments.

  • 05

    Finance and GST

Project-wise cost, cash flow, GST and e-invoicing, with integration into Tally or your accounting system.

  • 06

    Multi-company and multi-site

Separate books and shared masters, with roles for every office and site.

What we have built that is relevant.

We build multi-tenant software with organisations, roles and billing, the same foundations as AECOS Hub, and we have turned the CPWD schedule of rates into structured data for estimating. AECOS Estimate, our estimating application, is in development.

Who it is for.

How a project runs.

  1. Stage 01

    Discover.

We learn how your projects, sites and teams actually work before we suggest any software.

  2. Stage 02

    Specify.

We write down what the system must do, in plain language and in detail, so that everyone agrees on it before we build.

  3. Stage 03

    Build.

We build in short stages that you can see and use, starting with the part that saves the most time.

  4. Stage 04

    Launch.

We roll the software out to the people who will use it, on the devices they already carry.

  5. Stage 05

    Support.

We keep the system running, measure how it is used and improve it as your company changes.

The technology we use.

We choose widely used, well-documented tools that we already run in our own products, so the system is dependable today and maintainable for years.

Frequently asked questions.

What is the difference between an ERP and project management software?

Project management software tracks the work: schedules, tasks and progress. An ERP tracks the money and materials behind it: budgets, purchases, stock, bills and accounts. Many companies need both, connected.

Can it handle RA bills and measurement books?

Yes. Measurement, running account bills, certification and retention are designed in from the start, not added on.

Does it support GST e-invoicing?

Yes. GST and e-invoicing are part of the specification for Indian companies.

Can we migrate from Tally or spreadsheets?

Yes. We import your masters and open balances, and we can keep Tally as your accounting system and connect it to the ERP.

Does it handle several companies and sites?

Yes. Multi-company, multi-site and role-based access are standard.
