Custom software for construction, engineering and architecture firms.
AECOSYSTEM’s studio designs, builds and supports software for the companies that design and build: construction management systems, ERP, estimation and BOQ tools, CRMs, field apps, AI for documents and 3D on the web. We build it around your projects, your data and your people, and we understand the work because we build products for it too.
Built around your company, not adapted from someone else’s.
Off-the-shelf software is the right choice when your work looks like everyone else’s. Most construction, engineering and architecture companies reach a point where it does not: their rates, approvals, sites, contracts and reports are their own, and the software they bought starts to need spreadsheets around it. That is where our construction software development work begins: we start from the work and build outwards, so the system fits the company rather than the other way round.
Who we build for.
Plot 01
Contractors and EPC firms
Your work runs on sites, labour, materials, BOQs, RA bills and subcontractors, often across many projects at once. We build construction management software, ERP, estimation tools and field apps that work on a phone on site, connect the office to the site and keep one record of progress, quantities and cost.

Real estate developers and builders
You manage leads from portals, site visits, channel partners, bookings, demand letters and construction-linked payment plans, all the way to possession. We build CRMs and ERPs for developers, project microsites and the reports your sales and finance teams need.

Architecture firms
Your practice runs on projects, phases, fees, timesheets, drawings and the portfolio that wins the next commission. We build practice and project tools, client portals, portfolio websites and visualisation pipelines, and we make Archade and Qwikrender for the same audience.

Engineering consultancies
You work through calculations, drawings, specifications and tenders, and the knowledge sits in documents. We build AI that reads specifications and contracts with citations, tools that link documents to quantities and 3D web viewers for models and scans.

Infrastructure and public works
Projects begin with surveys, detailed project reports, estimates against a schedule of rates and approvals, and they run for years. We prepare and automate project documentation, build estimating tools and deliver digital twins and 3D viewers for assets in operation.

Interior design studios
Your projects move from site measurements to quotations, BOQs, vendors, client approvals, renders and handover. We build quotation and project tools for interior designers and AI rendering pipelines for presenting design options.

Heritage and conservation
Your work starts with an accurate record of what exists. We build point-cloud and 360° viewers, documentation platforms and digital twins that open survey data in an ordinary browser.

How a project runs.
- Stage 01
Discover.
We learn how your projects, sites and teams actually work before we suggest any software.
- Stage 02
Specify.
We write down what the system must do, in plain language and in detail, so that everyone agrees on it before we build.
- Stage 03
Build.
We build in short stages that you can see and use, starting with the part that saves the most time.
- Stage 04
Launch.
We roll the software out to the people who will use it, on the devices they already carry.
- Stage 05
Support.
We keep the system running, measure how it is used and improve it as your company changes.
Should you build or buy?
Buy when a product already fits most of your workflow and the gaps are small. Build when your rates, approvals, reports or integrations are central to how you win and deliver work, when your teams keep a spreadsheet beside the software they bought, or when you need to own the system and its data. Often the right answer is both: an existing product for the standard parts, and custom software that connects it to the way your company works. We will tell you which we think fits, even when the answer is not us.
Frequently asked questions.
When should we build custom software instead of buying Procore or an ERP?
When the product you would buy covers the standard work but not the parts that make your company different, such as your own rates, approval chains, reports or site processes. If your team already keeps spreadsheets beside the software it bought, that is usually the sign. We can also extend or connect a product you already use rather than replace it.
How much does custom construction software cost?
It depends on the scope, on the number of users and platforms and on the systems it must connect to. After a discovery conversation we give you a written scope and estimate before any build begins.
How long does it take?
A first useful release usually focuses on one workflow, such as attendance, daily reports or BOQs, and comes long before the full system. We agree the stages and dates in the specification, so you know what arrives when.
Who owns the code and the data?
Ownership of the code and data is agreed in writing before the build starts, and we design every system so that your data can be exported.
Can it connect to Tally, SAP, Autodesk or WhatsApp?
Where the other system offers a way in, yes. We design integrations with accounting, ERP, design and messaging tools as part of the specification, so the new software fits into the tools your teams already use.
Do you build mobile apps that work offline on site?
Yes. We build field apps for iOS and Android that store data on the phone when there is no signal and synchronise when the connection returns.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We start by reviewing the code, the data and the documentation, then recommend whether to improve, extend or replace it.
